Shipping Policy

        

Shipments: UPS ground and Air unless specified by buyer.

Drop Shipments to Consumers: Special programs involving small shipments invoiced to retailer, but shipped to consumer address, are subject to additional drop ship fees.

Transit Losses and Claims: Title to goods passes to purchaser upon our delivery to common carrier. Responsability for loss or damage rests with the purchaser.

UPS loss or damage: We will trace delayed parcels. If parcel is lost, we will ship a replacement. For damages, retain the shipping cartons and damaged goods. Contact UPS for inspection. This procedure must be followed for goods to be replaced or credited.

Truck Loss or Damage: Carrier insures goods. You must request truck driver to make damage & shortage notation on freight bill. Inspect shipment as soon as possible and request carrier's inspection if hidden damage is found. Note the date inspection was requested and file a claim, even if carrier will not inspect. We will assist you in every possible way to collect truck claim, but cannot guarantee carrier's payment.
