Return Policy

Returns: To asure proper credit, no returns without an authorization number (RMA). All returns must be shipped Freight Prepaid within 30 days. All parts and manuals must be returned with the product in its original box. Collect Shipments will be refused. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Any defective item ( manufacturing) will be replaced with a new one free of charge.
